This year, you impacted thousands of children’s lives who received oral health and dental care, including ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) care at our partner hospitals and clinics around the world.

In Bolivia
This past June, you helped provide 57 patients with free dental care, including dental cleaning and treatment for cavities, in partnership with the University of Aquinas Bolivia’s dental clinic. Our medical volunteers taught patients and their families about the importance of oral health and good hygiene practices for healthy gums and teeth.

In Egypt
In an Operation Smile first, you enabled the launch of a dedicated cleft rhinoplasty surgical program. This program provides surgeries to reshape the noses of children and adults who have undergone cleft repair surgeries. In March 2022, 17 patients received rhinoplasty procedures, dental procedures, cleft repair surgeries and bone grafts. Since its launch in August 2021, the program has directly benefited 101 patients.

In Morocco
Operation Smile carried out ENT programs in Rabat and Casablanca in January 2022. Our partnerships with local hospitals and clinics, Hôpital des Enfants in Rabat, and Val d’Anfa Clinic in Casablanca, our talented global medical volunteers, and you helped provide 21 patients with over 40 surgical procedures and speech therapy.
