Operation Smile Ireland, located in Dublin, provides volunteer support, raises funds and builds awareness about cleft conditions worldwide. Operation Smile Ireland’s volunteers and supporters have helped provide thousands of reconstructive surgeries for children around the world. In 2014, Operation Smile hosted its 24th Annual International Student Leadership Conference in Limerick, Ireland, with 450 participants from 25 countries in attendance.
