Many employers have a matching gift program that can double, or even triple, the impact of your personal donation to Operation Smile Canada. In fact, some companies even match gifts made by retirees as well. So it never hurts to double check.

You can find out if your employer offers a matching gift program by checking with your Human Resources department. Often all you need to do is submit a copy of your tax receipt and your employer sends us a matching gift – often matched 1-1, 2-1 or even 3-1. It’s easy!

Organizations can also make Operation Smile Canada their charity of choice through payroll deductions. Employees can donate each pay or as a one-time annual gift.
